Professional Experience

Michael J. Gallagher brings over four decades of experience in commercial real estate appraisal. His career began in 1982 as a staff appraiser with Morris County Savings Bank. In 1985, he advanced to Commonwealth Mortgage Company of America as a senior staff appraiser and assistant vice president.

In 1989, Mr. Gallagher founded Tri-State Appraisal Services, marking the start of his leadership in the industry. From 1992 to 2001, he served as Vice President and Senior Appraiser at Summit Bank, further honing his expertise in property valuation.

In 2001, he joined Atterbury & Associates, managing the Bernardsville, NJ office. By May 2005, Mr. Gallagher assumed the role of President of Gallagher Appraisal Services, LLC, where he continues to lead a team dedicated to providing accurate, insightful, and reliable commercial property appraisals.
